These are better than I expected. The picture looks like they have handles, but it's actually a soft flexible silicone cord. They are also smaller than they look and the perfect size. I've been using these for only a few weeks, but every day and I already notice a diiference. I started with the big round one and now I'm using the 2nd one. They get smaller as your muscles get stronger. My husband says he notices a difference too. I wish I would have known about these a long time ago.
